Terms of Service

General info

• I do not draw: complex technical devices/machines/mecha/robots (mechanical limbs are fine), complex architecture, real people, NSFW, some fetishes;
• I will draw: any OC/PC of yours, fantasy characters and races, animals, anthro characters, gore/blood/horror, artistic nudity etc.;
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission;
• Please, mind that I may have a queue and you may have to wait for some time;

Payment information

• Payment via Paypal invoice only;
• 100% prepay;
• Payment in USD;
• No refunds after work on the commission has officially started (from the sketching process);

Working Process

• Contact me at [email protected] or via DM at my twitter account @MahkaraVicious;
• References and/or text descriptions are always required;
• After the invoice payment commission is considered officially started. Work will take 1-3 weeks (if there are no commissions in queue ahead of you). In case of any delays I will inform you as soon as possible. Also I will provide you progress updates if needed;
• On the sketch stage any changes are possible. After sketch approval, any major changes are not possible (like pose, composition, emotion changes, etc.), I will accept only minor changes (colors, bodymarks/tattoos, effects);
• When commissioned art is finished, I will send you full-res of the picture via google drive;

Usage of commissioned art

You can:
• To use artwork for any personal/non-commercial purposes;
• Post/repost artwork on your personal social media pages giving credit to me as an artist;
• Print artwork for any non-commercial purposes;

You can’t:
• Edit artwork in any way;
• Use artwork for any commercial purposes;
• Resell the commissioned artwork or turn it into an NFT;

My rights:
• I own the copyright for every commissioned artwork or design I created;
• I reserve the right to post (or not) all the finished images on my social media (if it’s not a private commission);
• I reserve the right to use the finished piece for self-promotion (if it’s not a private commission);

Additional fees

You get charged extra for:
• Extra characters (+100% of price);
• Complicated outfits/armor/jewelry/weapons;
• Extra body parts (wings, extra hands, etc.);
• Detailed markings/tattoos on your characters;
• Detailed backgrounds;
• Private commission (I will not post image on my social media at all or until specified date);
